My HAMBURG OPEN Portal

My Portal is a product of Hamburg Messe und Congress and can be found under Services in the Online Service Center (OSC). 

When logging into My Portal for the first time, please use the email address provided for the contact person when registering for the stand. 

If you would like to use a different email address afterwards or invite other people, you can add them via the access management in the menu (top left).

The menu in My Portal opens when you click on the three lines in the top left corner. There you will first see your company name, the event and your stand number. 

By clicking on ‘Change’, you can switch stands if you have more than one stand or stands at several events organised by Hamburg Messe und Congress.

You will also find the following menu items there: 
 

• Stand data maintenance: Maintain your company profile, create or edit brands and products, and add contact persons. The amount of content available depends on the marketing package you have booked.
• Book advertising options: Book digital banners, themed routes or logos in the Visitor Guide here.
• Booking overview: A central overview of all products booked in My Portal.
• Change history: All changes made in myPortal are documented in the change history.
• Contact: Do you have a question or need assistance? Please contact the exhibitor service using the contact form.
• FAQ: Use our FAQ to find answers to frequently asked questions.
• Access management: Add additional email addresses or invite other people to manage your stand in My Portal together with you.

Would you like to use another email address or add other people? 

Go to your access management via the menu and click on ‘Add user’. Enter the new email address and assign a role to the new user. 

You can currently choose between two roles:  
 

• Admin: The admin has full access to the stand in My Portal. As an admin, it is possible to maintain stand data such as the company profile, upgrade the marketing package and book advertising options. Admins can also invite other people to manage the stand with them.
• Editor: The editor can maintain all stand data, such as the company profile. However, as an editor, you cannot book paid content or add other people via access management.

This is how the language in My Portal is adjusted:
 

1. Click the profile icon in the top right-hand corner.
2. Select “Change language” from the menu.
3. Choose the preferred language (German or English).
