Simply book our services online.

With your admission you will receive your access data for the Online Service Center (OSC). Log in and book the services you want quickly and securely.

In the Online Service Center you can:

  • book services quickly and securely
  • easily calculate costs
  • book indicidual and system exhibition stands
  • check your order status at any time
  • download forms for special services and
  • upload stand sketches
  • book stand parties

The menu item "Order stock" lists the services you have ordered at any time.

Conference rooms on the fair grounds

Are you planning a conference or meeting, maybe in conjunction with a trade show?

Hamburg Messe has a range of conference and meeting rooms.

Especially our newly built conference area in Hall A4 has modern premises for up to 800 participants.

The majority of our halls also have meeting rooms directly adjoining them. Depending on the desired seating style and room size, their capacity is between 4 and 81 persons.

Watch out for untrustworthy exhibitor directory offers

We are currently observing that more and more letters are being sent to our exhibitors from publishers of unofficial exhibitor directories offering entries in these sub-standard online directories. However, the letters hide long-term payment obligations in the small print. Don't be irritated by this and do not reply to these letters.

Exhibitors watch out! Scammers offer visitor lists

We are currently observing that more and more emails are being sent to our exhibitors from fake accounts offering to buy visitor lists for the trade fairs we organize. Some of the emails use our protected trademarks. Do not be irritated by this and do not reply to these emails.

We do not offer visitor lists for sale and do not send any such emails. If you receive such an email, please forward it to us. We will send a warning letter to the sender.
