You will then receive a corrected PDF by e-mail.
Please remember to take care of your applications and approvals regarding your stand construction (e.g. booth height approval or approval of multi-storey exhibition stands). This is the direct way to the respective forms.
Your exhibition space is without stand construction.
Visit the stand construction portal of Hamburg Messe und Congress. It offers stand construction options for every need. After reviewing the offers, you may place your order using the service booking shop (provided you have been admitted to the event and received your access information). Once you have placed your order, you will receive a message from the stand construction company including a design drawing of your stand.

Organize an exhibitor event like a pro
You are welcome to organise a stand party at your stand during or outside the official HAMBURG OPEN opening hours. During the opening hours, between 17:00 and 18:00, you can organise the stand party free of charge. If you would like to celebrate with your visitors after 18:00, please use the Online Service Centre to register your stand party. From 19:00, your stand party will be subject to a charge.
We would like to point out that the party may only take place in your exhibition area. The surrounding aisles may not be blocked with furniture by you or your guests.
Your guests and service providers require admission tickets or exhibitor passes to gain access to the exhibition halls. Guests who do not enter the exhibition grounds until after the trade fair has closed will require an invitation for your party, a sample of which should be sent to messetechnik(at)hamburg-messe(dot)de with the subject "Stand party".
When making your plans, please note that your party can start at 5:00 p.m. at the earliest and end at midnight at the latest. If you want to play music, you are required to notify GEMA.
Here you will find all the important forms for your party:
